New members will be interviewed prior to approval, be given a formal installation into the club, at which time they will make an introductory talk to the club. They will be spotlighted in the newsletter, asked to be greeters for four (4) meetings or more, encouraged to sit at a new table each meeting, and included in publicity pictures.
