Martha Elliott & John Bryan survey the victory for the community as the Northlake Mandeville Rotary Club makes the biggest splash (No pun intended, John Caulking) in this event's history, raising more than $15,000 on Nov 4, 2006 for a variety of local causes at the Annual Mandeville Rotary Chili Cook Off!
